England hit by injury worries
England have been hit by injury worries leading into next week's NatWest one-day series with South Africa.
Nottinghamshire left-arm seam bowler Ryan Sidebottom has been ruled out of Wednesday's Twenty20 international at Chester-le-Street with a hip problem, while Chris Tremlett is also suffering with a heel injury.
Sidebottom has not travelled with the squad to Edinburgh for Monday's one-day international with Scotland and will have a fitness check at Loughborough on Tuesday.
Yorkshire all-rounder Tim Bresnan has been added to the squad for the Scotland match as cover for Tremlett's problem.
